Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Strictly No Refund
In special case only, we can consider to refund 80% of your deposit if you can give us enough notice (at least 48 hours)
Please ensure you are on time for your appointment as a courtesy to the client that follows, if you are more than 10 minutes late we will consider it as late cancellation, although we can still do our best to do the lash job.
Liabilities and Guarantees:
In New Zealand, consumer’s rights are protected under The Fair Trading and Consumer Protection Acts. Any disputed disagreement arising between us, the Act shall prevail.
If there’s any issues you may have with your lashes done by us, you must notify us within 3 days and we’ll fix it for you. We do not accept after 3 days.

Infill re-visit within 3 weeks with at least 40% lashes left
